  1. ~WELCOME_SCREEN
  2.     The Setup screens includes Instruction windows like
  3.     this one. To find out about a particular option, select that
  4.     option. An explanation will appear in the Instruction window.
  5.     Use Page Up and Page Down to scroll through Instructions.
  6.     To exit from the Setup program at any time, choose Exit.
